About Toronto SPIN
|
A Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN) is an organization of software professionals
involved in software process improvement within a geographic region. SPINs are all over
the world, each started by its community, then linked together through mutual contact and
the SEI
(Carnegie-Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute).
The Toronto SPIN was formed April 21, 1997 (incorporated as not-for-profit on May 31, 2001)
by volunteers and have organized over a dozen events.
Membership in the Toronto SPIN is free for individuals and all events are supported by our corporate
sponsors.
